Ever see someone’s post, or read part of an article, or watch a video or newscast, and think… What in the hell are they saying? Is this person crazy?

Go ahead. Admit it. We’ve all done it. We’ve all come across someone’s WRONG opinion, and felt a very strong internal desire to SET THEM STRAIGHT!

In fact, if you’re on Facebook, you see people (and probably yourself) straightening out these obviously misguided souls all the time.

Now, let me ask you, do you think you really ever changed someone’s mind?

No, I don’t mean shut them up for a second, or agree with you for the moment simply because they were too weak to deal with you, and just wanted to avoid a confrontation, and shut you the hell up; only to go back to their own beliefs the second you vacate their space…

Now, to the point of this article; exactly how happy would you like to be?

I mean in a perfect world, how happy could you stand to be?

Let’s get one thing straight here. YOU are, and always will be as happy as you decide to be.

So you know that FEELING we were just talking about; that incredible strong internal yanking, that makes you want to FIX that other person? It was put in you for a reason; NO, not to change them.

That feeling was a signal that someone needs fixing alright, but it’s not who you think it is.

It’s not them. It’s YOU.

If you REALLY, REALLY, want to be HAPPY! I mean, piss your pants kind of happy, do THIS:

The next time you come across one of these folks that needs to be set straight, rather than putting your opinions and energy into a place it won’t be welcomed, accepted or used for their greater good, anyway; turn it onto yourself. Use that urge to remind you of what needs fixing in you. What could you read to make your life happier and better? What could you listen to, or watch that would put you into a better mood? What repairs could you do around the house, or boat, or car, or whatever? What skills would make you more valuable to yourself, and to others?

And, if you became more valuable to others, how could that improve your own life? Could it increase the value of relationships? Could there be a way for your value to produce additional unexpected income, and if so, could that money be used to increase the enjoyment of your life in some way?

You see, LIFE is nothing more than a reflection of US. If we get agitated, it’s only because we feel something is not right with our world. BUT, if our world were perfect, would we really care how silly some people are, a few miles away, or on the other side of the Facebook argument?  It would only matter, if we thought their silliness could influence our perfect world.

It has taken me over 50 years to learn this one absolute truth, and listen up here! YOU control your world; no one else does. I am not saying life will always be perfect. What I am saying is that if you will take every SO-CALLED negative experience or emotion as a queue for YOU to change, grow, or adjust, you will start to see your life becoming INSANELY HAPPY!

Yes, some people will disagree with me on this, and they may even try to argue. Any guesses on what that will produce, boys and girls? Exactly what I’m talking about; only more anger and frustration on their part, right after I happily smile and push the “Block” button on my screen. You see, they can kick and scream, and tell all their other Hater Friends what an ass I am, and I am TOTALLY cool with that. Do you now why?

Because I am INSANELY HAPPY about 90% of the time, and getting better, all the time; and I take every queue from the Universe/God as direction, which keeps leading me more and more to a state of bliss, or heaven on earth, if you will.

So ask yourself again: How happy would YOU like to be?

You have the power to change your entire life, starting right now. How can I be so sure? Because once upon a time, I too thought the world would be perfect, if I could just fix everything, and everyone what was broke! And THEN…

I DECIDED to be HAPPY instead!

All our love…
